Your first step will be to speak 1-on-1 with Jeff. The goal of your initial consultation is for me to get to know you better. I want to hear about your career goals, your job search goals and learn a little bit about your personal style. I may also follow up our discussion by sending you some additional questions, to help us quantify your accomplishments.
Next, I start working on your resume. The typical turnaround time for the first draft is 5-7 business days, though expedited service is available for a small additional cost. Once you receive your first draft, I want you to take some time to review it and make sure everything is exactly to your liking. Sometimes it may take several revisions before your resume is perfect, but my goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your new resume.

Once you have given your final approval, I will finalize your resume and deliver three versions, .doc/.docx, .pdf, and ASCII, and I’ll let you know how to use each version.
Next, I write your cover letterwhich typically takes 24-48 hours. Ideally, your cover letter is targeted to a specific job posting, but if that’s not possible I’ll write your cover letter so that you can easily customize it on your own. Your package may also include a LinkedIn profile, reference sheets or other supporting documents.
